Liberty guard Sabrina Ionescu and forward Breanna Stewart have been voted starters for the 2025 WNBA All-Star Game.

Ioonescu is averaging a career-high 18.6 points through the first 15 games of the season on 40.1 percent shooting (32.8 percent from three) with 5.1 assists, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.5 steals in 30.9 minutes. This will be her fourth appearance in six seasons with New York.

Through 16 games, Stewart is averaging 20.8 points on 50.9 percent shooting from the floor with 6.0 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.2 blocks in 31.8 minutes. The two-time league MVP earned her seventh career selection in nine seasons, including all three years with the Liberty.

Paige Bueckers, the former UConn standout and No. 1 overall pick by the Dallas Wings, was also named a starter, the sixth time the top draft pick has been an All-Star in their debut season. Bueckers is averaging 18.4 points and 5.8 assists, leading all rookies in both categories.

The league announced 10 starters with Indiana's Caitlin Clark and Minnesota's Napheesa Collier serving as the team's two captains for the July 19 game. The 12 reserves will be announced on Sunday, with the two teams being selected on July 8.

Indiana's Aliyah Boston, Atlanta's Allisha Gray, Seattle's Nneka Ogwumike, Phoenix's Satou Sabally, and Las Vegas' A'ja Wilson were also named starters.

This will be the 14th time in franchise history that New York will have multiple players in the All-Star Game. The Liberty (11-5) are in first place in the Eastern Conference with the third-best record in the league overall behind Minnesota (14-2) and Phoenix (12-5).
